But if we don’t have Killer Whales in captivity how would we get excellent movies like Free Willy? Seriously, though its not like these whales are equipped to be out in the wild and they seem so happy when they let people ride around on them and pet their tongues.

I was surprised by this too. AAPL is kicking butt (although the price lately has lagged), but I am surprised by the people that still are very RIMM loyal at work. BTW, was at an AAPL store after work today (although early around 3:30pm) and the place was mobbed. They should have a kick ass quarter too.

I sold RIMM about a year ago because I had grown tired of the stale stock. I dumped the money into AAPL and DIS. Not saying I made a bad move, but this is still interesting to see.

I’m in mobile phone hell with my iPhone today. The dang thing took 6 minutes to switch between ipod application and email application this morning. I still like it…but I really need that 3Gs.

I have never been happier with a mobile phone/pda. It works perfectly. The network has never been an issue for me, maybe because I’m always in a metropolitan area.

Let me say as an Iphone user many of these commercials have a good deal of appeal to me. First, the AT&T network is horrible. The thing drops at least two calls a day, often people can’t hear me talking cause the connection is bad on it, and at least once a day several attempts to even make a call from it. Second, the Iphone locks up and operates as slow as windows vista does on my old laptop (this problem is probably fixed by the 3GS). I love my phone and some of the apps but at the end of the day some of the problems are so horribly bad that I often think of getting rid of the thing. HOpefully, the network issues over the next year will resolve itself and if I ever have enough money the new 3GS will solve the incredibly slow operation of the phone.
