According to the New York Times, Sean Hannity is expected to address the blatant misuse of video from earlier demonstration to bolster his case on Fox News, as highlighted earlier today on this blog.
Fox News would not comment on the use of the video Wednesday beyond having a spokeswoman say: “Sean will address this on his show tonight.”
I think this is a good representation of Fox News coverage overall.

I’m tired of Fox News complaining that Obama won’t agree to any interviews with the network. One of their most popular hosts has repeatedly called the President a racist. He has every right and is absolutely in the right to refuse to do interviews with the network. The video below is a great interview by Katie Couric of Glenn Beck where she won’t let him get away with not answering what he meant by saying Obama hated “white culture.”

Chris Wallace here dismisses the moral argument against torture. This is perfectly consistent with his softball interview of Dick Cheney over the weekend.

So over on Fox, Trace Gallagher interviewed Michigan Senator Debbie Stabenow on the “cash-for-clunkers” program. Needless to say, since the setting was Fox News, the interviewer was against it. As soon as Stabenow makes a valid point, the interview is over.
And as you can see, the breaking news wasn’t about Bill Clinton. It was footage from a Discovery Channel shark show. (h/t Daily Kos)

This is fucking incredible. Michael Scheuer, speaking with Glenn Beck on (naturally) Fox News, says the only hope for America to do the right thing is if Bin Laden successfully explodes an atomic bomb in the US. This guy is so nuts, he is pulling for our worst enemy to succeed. How crazy does he have to be? How much does he hate Obama and the Democrats to hope for such an attack? This is the kind of talk you hear from power-mad individuals who are willing to have others die to protect (or restore) their power.
Here is something you don’t see every day. Fox News actually apologizes for doctoring a year old video of Joe Biden (who was quoting John McCain) supposedly claiming the the “fundamentals of the economy are strong.” It was an outrageous attempt to put false words in Biden’s mouth. An apology is the least they could do.
